Effective date: 13 October 2026 · POPIA-focused website notice
1. Responsible party
Zeela Bricktile, 450 North Coast Road, Corner Tramway, Briardene, Durban. Email: admin@zeelabricktile.co.za.
2. What information may be processed
If you email, call or contact us via WhatsApp, you may provide your name, contact details, project description and other information you choose to share. Standard technical information, such as IP address and browser requests, may be processed by our hosting and security provider to deliver and protect the website.
3. How the enquiry form works
This is a static website. The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not submit your form entries to a separate website database. You decide whether to send the email. Your chosen email provider and Zeela's receiving mail service will then handle the message.
4. Why we use information
Contact details are used to respond to questions, prepare quotations, discuss products and services, fulfil relevant contractual obligations, maintain business records and protect our website, subject to applicable South African law.
5. Sharing and service providers
Information may be handled by email and communications providers, hosting and security providers, or other service providers needed for the stated purposes. We do not authorise the sale of customer contact details as part of this website. Third-party links operate under their own notices.
6. Retention and safeguards
Business communications are retained only as reasonably needed for enquiries, service records, legal obligations and legitimate business purposes. Reasonable safeguards should be applied to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
7. Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal limits, or raise concerns about processing. Contact admin@zeelabricktile.co.za to make a request. You may also contact the South African Information Regulator where appropriate.
8. Cookies and external services
See our Cookie Policy for local preferences and information about external services. If optional analytics or marketing tools are added in future, the cookie preference interface must be connected to those tools before enabling them.
9. Updates
This policy may be revised as services and legal requirements change.
